Chinta Visweswara Rao - Chairman
Mr. Chinta. Visweswara Rao is content to let his work do the talking, C.V. Rao as he is fondly known, has the skill to lead quietly but firmly and is always on the front lines, up for any challenge. While the diversified Rs. 2500 Crore Group’s astonishes many, it only speaks of the Chairman’s Vision and his greatest achievement may well be the culture he has created in the company.
Chinta Sridhar - Managing Director
Mr. Chinta Sridhar is a Talented Mechanical Engineer, his expertise in modern construction techniques enables him to lead the innovation initiatives towards achieving cost-effective solutions under demanding situations. He has wide-ranging experience in the areas of Marine Infrastructure, Roads & Bridges, Hydro Projects and Major Irrigation Projects.
Chinta Govind Viswesh - Whole Time Director
Mr. Chinta Govind Viswesh is a seasoned infrastructure professional and currently serves as a Whole Time Director at Navayuga Engineering Company. With a strong academic foundation in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky, he brings a sharp focus on operational excellence and project efficiency.
Govind has successfully led the digitization of construction workflows and implemented ERP systems that have significantly enhanced project management, interdepartmental communication, and resource planning across large-scale infrastructure projects. His expertise spans construction project management, manpower and equipment planning, and optimizing communication systems within complex engineering environments.
Beyond business, he is deeply committed to social causes and serves as a patron of Navneetha Public School, a purpose-driven institution supporting children from marginalised families.
